GENERAL POLICY
- Fine Jewelry: Eligible for a full refund within 10 days of delivery/purchase (whichever is later) via original payment method, or for store credit thereafter.
- Fashion Jewelry & Other Products: Only eligible for store credit (no cash refunds), regardless of purchase date.
- Exclusions: Permanent jewelry, customized/discounted items, and modified merchandise are final sale.
Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, pristine, with original packaging and tags.
- Proof of purchase required for all returns1.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
SPECIAL CASES
- Cash Payments: Refunds issued via check (requires identity verification).
- Care Plans: Prorated refunds may apply per partner terms.
- International Returns: Subject to the same policies; customers cover return shipping.
PROCESSING TIMELINE
- Refunds processed within 5 business days after receiving returns.
